Tinubu Could Be Worse Than Buhari – Ex-APC Vice Chair Salihu Lukman Warns

Former APC Vice Chair Salihu Lukman expresses concerns that President Tinubu’s administration could turn out worse than Buhari’s, citing governance and policy issues.

According to Salihu Lukman, the former National Vice Chairman of the APC in North-West Nigeria, President Bola Tinubu’s trajectory suggests that he may surpass former President Muhammadu Buhari in terms of poor performance.

It was stated by Lukman that under Tinubu, the state of governance in Nigeria is deteriorating.

The former APC Vice Chairman expressed his disappointment in a signed statement, stating that the previous government under President Muhammadu Buhari was inferior to that of Goodluck Jonathan.

He observed that whoever assumes the presidency in 2027 may face a similar destiny.

Lukman argues that there is no assurance the succeeding government after President Asiwaju Tinubu would be better if APC loses in 2027.

We, as Nigerians, have observed the deteriorating state of governments at every level over time.

Despite the high level of confidence placed in former President Muhammadu Buhari, his performance was ultimately unable to live up to public expectations and may have even fallen short when compared to that of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

President Asiwaju Tinubu is definitely on the path to being more terrible than previous President Buhari.
