The president also lauded Onakoya for his philanthropic motive behind his pursuit of this record, as he aimed to raise funds for African children to learn and discover opportunities through chess.

This noble cause reflects the president’s recognition of the audacity and determination exhibited by Nigeria’s youth population, who consistently strive to effect positive change, overcome obstacles, and offer innovative solutions to the nation’s challenges, even in the face of adversity.

President Tinubu emphasized that Nigerian youths have consistently demonstrated their exceptional talents and abilities across various fields, including music (Afrobeats), film (Nollywood), skit-making, education, science, and technology.

He reassured all citizens that his administration remains fully committed to creating and expanding opportunities for the youth to explore and utilize their skills and capabilities to the fullest extent.
