Nasir El-Rufai, the governor of Kaduna State, has declared that the cabal in the current administration thought to be opposed to Bola Tinubu, the APC candidate for president, will be vanquished during the election.
The governor reportedly said this on Thursday in a BBC Hausa interview that has not yet been completely published, according to Daily Trust.

The governor said they were not afraid of the cabal, despite earlier claims that some members of the presidency were plotting to undermine Tinubu’s candidature.
We do not fear anyone in our country, so we are not afraid and we are respectful, but if you prove to us that you are not an elder, we will fight you, he vowed.
When he said in an interview that some people in Aso Rock were working against the previous governor of Lagos, Governor El-Rufai created a debate on Wednesday.
