Tinubu appoints Gbajabiamila to the position of Chief of Staff

Sen. Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, was also designated as Deputy Chief of Staff by the president.

Friday in Abuja, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu proclaimed the appointment of Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, to the position of Chief of Staff.

Sen. Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, was also designated as Deputy Chief of Staff by the president.

George Akume, a former governor of Benue State and former minister of special duties, was appointed Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) by the President during a meeting with the Progressives Governors Forum (PGF).
