Timi Frank said to Shettima, “Only God can retire Atiku, not man
According to Comrade Timi Frank, a former deputy national publicity secretary for the All Progressives Congress (APC), only God can push the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nominee for president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, out of politics.
He was responding to remarks made by Vice President Kashim Shettima, who boasted that he would “retire Atiku and teach him how to rear goats and broilers” after the Presidential Election Petition Court upheld petitions that contested Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s declaration as the victor of the February 25, 2023, presidential election.
Despite Shettima’s remark, he claimed that some of them are aware that Atiku and Peter Obi continue to be heroes of Nigerian democracy, and that the nation’s citizens will never forget their struggle for a free, fair, and transparent democratic system.
