The third online conference for Nigerian registered teachers has a date that has been announced by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
The conference has been set for August 30–31, according to a statement released on Thursday in Abuja by Professor Josiah Ajiboye, who also serves as the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of TRCN.
The Federal Ministry of Education, the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), and a few other organisations are supporting the conference, the statement claims.
He said that the purpose of the training, titled “Promoting Community of Practise Among Nigerian Teachers for Effective Service Delivery,” is to build the ability of teachers.
The project, as stated, “recognises the need to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and professional growth among educators, ultimately leading to improved teaching practises and student results.
The necessity of utilising knowledge sharing from various sources has made this clear. Any economy’s educational landscape is significantly shaped by its teachers. Accessing chances for cooperation and ongoing professional development, however, can be difficult for many educators.
“This conference attempts to address these difficulties by giving teachers a forum to participate in a community of practise where they may share knowledge, ideas, and experiences in order to improve their work performance.
