Supreme Court yet to deliver judgments in PDP, Rhodes-Vivour cases against Sanwo-Olu

In their appeals, Rhodes-Vivour and Adeniran are contesting the earlier rulings of the Lagos Court of Appeal, which upheld the two rulings of the election tribunal that rejected their petition contesting Sanwo-Olu’s triumph in the most recent gubernatorial contest.
Parties were advised that they will be notified when the judgements were ready by a five-member Supreme Court panel led by Justice John Okoro.
The court session was observed by the Lagos State Government’s deputy governor, Femi Hamzat, secretary to the State government, Abimbola Salu-Hundeyin, and a few other high ranking officials.
