Super Eagles Camp to Open in Uyo on Monday for 2026 WCQ

Next Monday, the Super Eagles will begin training for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches in Uyo against South Africa and the Benin Republic.

It is anticipated that the coaches and all 23 of the invited players would report to camp on the same day.

On Friday, June 7, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Finidi George’s team will play the Bafana Bafana.

Three days later, the Super Eagles and Squirrels would play at Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in Abidjan.

After drawing their first two games in Group C against Zimbabwe and Lesotho, the West Africans are seeking to win their first game.

With two points, the Eagles are in third place in the group.
