Unbeknownst to her coworkers, Ugochukwu entered the loo at around 1:00 pm and drank the insecticide.

When the phone she left on her table began ringing and she was not there to answer it, other staff members began searching for her.

Our correspondent received confirmation from a police source that Ugochukwu was discovered dead inside the lavatory, along with her suicide note and the insecticide bottle.

The woman said nothing was going well for her and attributed her choice to terminate her life to the harsh economic conditions detailed in the suicide note that was sent to our correspondent.
