The untimely demise of Ms. Ulonna Inyama, the Registrar at Wigwe University, in Abuja has sparked deep apprehension regarding questionable medical practices and hospital security measures across Nigeria.
Vanguard received information from a family source revealing that Ms. Inyama passed away due to complications arising from fibroid surgery and an incorrect blood transfusion.
She had gone in for treatment of her fibroids at a hospital in Abuja, but unfortunately she was given the wrong blood type which caused fatal reactions leading to her demise.

According to a source from her family, she passed away under mysterious circumstances as a result of complications caused by fibroids that led to severe blood loss.
We were informed that an erroneous blood transfusion was responsible for her demise.
When her condition deteriorated due to these issues, she was transferred to another medical facility where she ultimately succumbed.
