On Tuesday morning, a small drama broke out at the Federal High Court in Abuja when Justice James Omotosho turned over a police attorney, Ibrahim Mohammed, to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on criminal charges brought against Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah.

For bringing an eight-count criminal complaint against the former minister of aviation on behalf of the EFCC without the anti-graft organization’s permission, the police lawyer is being looked into.
