The most streamed album in sub-Saharan Africa is “Timeless,” a song by well-known Nigerian Afrobeat musician Davido.

Every year, Spotify conducts a data-driven analysis of its user base’s music and podcast consumption habits to produce The Spotify Wrapped 2023.

Davido’s “Timeless” topped the list of Spotify’s most streamed albums in sub-Saharan Africa in 2023, ahead of Asake’s “Work of Art” and Burna Boy’s “I Told Them.”
