Sporting Lagos, based in Lagos, have parted ways with head coach Paul Offor and his technical staff, with coach Abdullahi Biffo rumored to step in as a replacement.
Biffo, the former Kwara United manager, recently returned from a trip to the United States and is expected to make changes to the team with only eight games left in the season.
Offor, who guided the team to their debut in the topflight league, faced challenges as the head coach when the team’s performance declined towards the end of the first round.
Despite an improved showing in the second half of the season, the club’s management decided to relieve him of his duties.

In a recent match, the Savannah Tigers took the lead with a goal from Andrew Majalisa in the 45th minute, but the Sky Blue Stars managed to equalize in the 90th minute through Nduka Junior.
Remo Stars have now moved up to the fourth position, displacing Shooting Stars, with 50 points from 29 games and still have a game in hand over the top three teams.
