Ayodeji Makun, often known as AY, a well-known Nigerian comedian, has said that the only possessions he had left were those he had taken on the trip before to the house fire.

The comedian’s Lagos home was destroyed by fire early this month, according to OBASANJO NEWS24.

AY vented about his situation in a post on X, now known as Twitter, and explained how he felt about losing all of his things.

Sharing a video of the home’s refurbishment, he wrote: “It feels strange to realise that the only shoes, jewellery, and clothes I now own are the ones I brought on my trip.

There is no such thing as starting over.
