Social media buzzes with Wizkid’s N1.4bn Ferrari acquisition

Wizkid, the popular Afrobeats musician, has reportedly purchased a brand-new Ferrari SF90 for over a billion naira.

The news was shared on Instagram by the well-known vehicle dealer @Datboi_autos. Reports state that Wizkid paid 1.4 billion naira for the luxury sports car.

A fan of Wizkid, @Sakpo0007, also shared the news on X, expressing excitement over the purchase.

Some social media users questioned the reason behind such extravagant spending, while others speculated that other musicians like Davido and Burna Boy might follow suit.

Davido caused a frenzy on social media when pictures of his car collection were shared on December 1, 2023.

The collection included two private planes, two Rolls Royces, and one Maybach.

It was also mentioned that Davido owns even more cars than what was shown in the viral video.
