The performance of the new president, Tinubu, according to Nigerian producer and musician Phillip Kayode Moses, better known by his stage as Pheelz, would reveal whether or not Nigerians made the right decision in the recently held presidential election.
He made this comment while appearing as a guest on the most recent episode of the audiovisual podcast F&S Uncensored, which is presented by Feyikemi Akin-Bankole and Simi Badiru.
Pheelz claimed he has conflicting emotions on the results of the 2023 presidential election.
It’s mixed emotions, he remarked, because we still have to see how [the new government’s] operations play out. We won’t truly know if the decision was wise or not until that point. We only need to observe it. The only thing that can determine is time.
Yet, he denounced the pervasive tribalism and violence that occurred during the election.
The Finesse singer cautioned Nigerians to be wary of tribalism, emphasizing that it is a seed that has the potential to bloom into something disastrous in the future.
