Prior to Sunday’s matchup against the Super Eagles of Nigeria, the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone have made a last-minute change to their lineup.
The Sierra Leone Football Association reports that Lamin Conteh has taken Joseph Cleveland’s place.
Due to organizational concerns, Cleveland is unable to attend the game.
The Ports Authority player will now have to wait before making his Leone Stars debut.
For the pivotal match on Thursday, head coach John Keister selected a 25-man squad.
It had 11 domestic players and 14 international professionals.
