Diddy, the music tycoon from America also known as Sean Combs, has been accused of involvement in the killing of rapper Tupac Shakur that took place in 1996.

As per recently obtained court records by the U.S. Sun, allegations suggest that Diddy paid $1 million for Shakur’s killing via Duane “Keefe D” Davis, a suspect who was apprehended for the crime in the previous year.

According to the papers submitted on July 18th, Diddy was referred to by different names such as Puffy, Puff Daddy, Puff and his legal name Sean Combs.

He appeared numerous times in a total of 77 mentions. Davis testified that Diddy had involvement in the murder of Tupac which he alleged was facilitated through payment of $1 million to Eric Von Martin for carrying out the hit.

According to Davis, Diddy confessed in front of a group of approximately 45 individuals that he was so frightened by Knight and had grudges against Shakur (who released a diss track about him) that he would surrender anything just to obtain Knight’s “head.”

These papers were submitted by the prosecution as evidence against Davis’ newest bail plea.

The previous attempt for granting bail worth $112,500 was denied last month due to uncertainties pertaining the source behind acquiring it.
