The investigation into former governor El-rufai’s government from 2015 to 2023 by the Kaduna State House of Assembly has been praised by former senator Shehu Sani, who represented the Kaduna Central Senatorial District.
According to Obasanjonews.com, the state governor, Uba Sani, voiced concerns about the state’s debt and the Kaduna State House of Assembly established an ad hoc committee to look into the state’s financial activities from May 29, 2015 to May 29, 2023.
Mallam Nasir El-rufai has filed a lawsuit to contest the purported misappropriation of public monies.
On the other hand, Senator Shehu Sani stated on his official X that the people of Kaduna State were grateful for the legislators’ bravery and tenacity.

Once more, I want to thank the State House of Assembly for its investigation into Kaduna State’s finances between 2015 and 2023.
“The people of Kaduna State are proud of your bravery and sense of national pride. We will provide you with all the assistance you require to retrieve our embezzled money, regardless of the parties involved.
He stated, “We will never accept the strangling of our children’s future by mountains of opaque and fraudulent loans, the economic asphyxiation of our state’s economy, and the impoverishment of our people.”
