After Man United’s elimination, Ronaldo receives a £186 million offer to join another team.
According to CBS, the Saudi Arabian team Al-Nassr has made Cristiano Ronaldo, a former striker for Manchester United, a sizable offer.
Last week, the 37-year-contract old’s at Old Trafford was ended by mutual consent.
This comes after his tense conversation with Piers Morgan.
For the first time in his career, Ronaldo is officially a free agent.
That could be about to change, though, since a sizable offer has already been made to Jorge Mendes, his agent.
The Portugal captain would be able to continue playing until his early 40s thanks to a three-year contract that Al-Nassr is rumored to have given him.
Ronaldo is expected to be more receptive to playing outside of Europe following the World Cup in Qatar, where Al-Nassr has made an offer worth £62 million annually.
Accordingly, Ronaldo may make more than £186 million over the course of the contract.
Mendes and Al-Nassr allegedly first spoke in the summer when the latter made his original wish to quit United, and negotiations are now said to be “pretty advanced.”
