Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has expressed his strong disapproval towards local government chairmen who engage in acts of violence or harm towards others.

Fubara emphasized that any political figure in the state who inflicts harm upon another individual will face consequences for their actions. This warning was delivered during the commencement of the construction of Elele-Omoku Road.

Fubara highlighted an incident where individuals attacked his people in Aleso, stating that such behavior is unnecessary.

He stressed that no one possesses the exclusive right to violence and that he, as the governor, could easily make threats, but chooses not to because both sides belong to him.
