Rivers: Fubara, Adeleke, and Obaseki arrive at the PDP governors’ meeting

At the party’s forum meeting, the governors of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, Ademola Adeleke, and Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State have arrived at the Oyo State Governors Lodge in Abuja.

Governor Fubara’s supporters stormed the assembly premises on Monday in protest of the scheme, after moves by 24 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly to impeach the governor.

Under the direction of Bala Mohammed, the PDP Governors’ Forum is anticipated to deliberate on matters pertaining to the party, as well as the off-season elections in Kogi, Bayelsa, and Imo States, as well as the political situation in Rivers State.
