Rivers crisis: Things will return to normal, Fubara discusses the conflict with Wike
The political dispute involving himself and his predecessor, Nyesom Wike, will be settled, according to Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Fubara claims that the father and son are just miscommunicating.
At a military delegation’s visit to Government House in Port Harcourt, the state capital, led by General Christopher Musa, the Chief of Defence Staff, the governor said as much.
Fubara remarked, “I know everyone is wondering what’s going on and what’s not going on for our dear state.” Nothing is wrong; we’re all right.

“Everything will return to normal if there is an internal problem, which will be fixed.
“If there is an issue between a father and his son, we will undoubtedly find a solution. Let me know if there is anything else that needs to be addressed.”
