Rio Ferdinand, a legend of Manchester United, has cautioned Axel Disasi that if Thiago Silva stays at the Premier League club, he may lose his starting position at Chelsea the next season.
Disasi joined the Blues for £38.5 million last summer, and he has already made 22 appearances for the team.

Due to injuries, the defender has filled in at right back and centre back for Mauricio Pochettino.
Silva’s contract is set to expire at the end of the current campaign, so his future at Stamford Bridge is still up in the air.
The Brazilian is still one of Chelsea’s best players, and Ferdinand believes that if he stays at Stamford Bridge for another season, he ought to play with Levi Colwill.
He probably doesn’t get to play.
When questioned about Disasi’s debut at Chelsea, Ferdinand stated on Vibe With Five, “Next season, I’d keep Thiago Silva still and I’d play Colwill left center-back.”
