Temilade Openiyi, nicknamed Tems, a Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, has disclosed that she realised how popular she has become after receiving a direct message from billionaire pop diva Rihanna.
She made this revelation in a conversation with well-known YouTuber Korty EO.
“When did you realise that you’ve become successful?” the host questioned.

“I knew I’d blown and gone far when I got a DM from Rihanna,” Tems retorted.
Tems co-wrote “Lift Me Up,” the soundtrack for Black Panther 2 featuring Rihanna, last year.
Rihanna stated earlier this year that she wanted to write a single with Tems and Ayra Starr.
