According to Order 2 Rule 1(2) of the Supreme Court’s Rules 1985 as amended, the court notifications signed by Zainab M. Garba in the registrar’s office are deemed to have been sufficiently served on the parties.
The list of justices on the panel to hear the appeals, according to the information in the notice, also includes Lawal Garba, Helen M. Ogunwumiju, I.N. Saulawa, Tijjani Abubakar, and Musa Dattijo Muhammad.
The plea filed by Atiku to present new evidence to show that President Bola Tinubu submitted a fraudulent certificate to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will be heard on Monday, October 23, according to the supreme court.
