Mrs. Bola Ajiboye, the pastor Johnson Ajiboye’s (of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG) abducted wife, has been freed.

Reliable sources told OBASANJO NEWS24 that she was freed by her captors on Wednesday after they received the N1 million ransom and food.

However, the sources claimed that a person who had been sent to deliver the ransom and the food had been apprehended after delivering the packages.

In the Ifelodun Local Government of Kwara State, Mrs. Ajiboye was abducted on Thursday night in the Elerinjare village close to Idofian town.

One of her daughters miraculously made it out of the house during the operation amidst intermittent gunfire.

The State Police Command’s spokesperson, SP Okasanmi Ajayi, responded by texting OBASANJO NEWS, saying, “I don’t have any comment on that for now please.”
