Sen. Ibrahim Geidam’s nomination as a minister for the state by President Bola Ahmed Tinunu has been praised by the All Progressives Congress (APC), Yobe State chapter.
Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka, the party’s state chairman, congratulated the nominee on Friday and offered the recommendation in a statement issued by Hajiya Sa’adatu Maina, the press secretary.
The nomination of Geidam was welcomed, according to Gadaka.
The state’s ruling party held out hope that the nominee would use his breadth of experience to serve as a Minister for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“From the beginning and for the duration of your time as a minister, Allah (SWT) is with you. Sha Allah.
The party declared, “It is our conviction that under your leadership, the prospective ministry to which you will be posted will expand rapidly.”
Remember that Geidam was one of the second group of ministerial nominees Tinubu sent to the red chamber earlier this week. Geidam is currently the senator representing Yobe East Senatorial District in Yobe State.
