Due to a number of accusations of sexual assault against the troubled American artist Sean Combs, better known by his stage as Diddy, eighteen corporations have severed their ties with Empower Global.

Annette Njau, the creator of House of Takura, a luxury bag, eyewear, and clothing company, stated: “We find such behaviour abhorrent and intolerable and take the allegations against Mr. Combs seriously.” Even when victims are up against the most powerful persons, we believe in and support their rights.

Rolling Stone reports that a total of eighteen firms have severed their connection with Diddy’s Empower Global, which was established in 2021.

Other businesses that have departed Diddy’s organisation include Baby Donna, Fulaba, jewellery label, Tsuri, skincare brand, footwear line, and Rebecca Allen.

The announcement was made, according to the Obasanjo News24, just days after Jane Doe, a former president of Bad Boy Records, and Diddy, accused the singer of gang rape and sex trafficking her in 2003 when she was just 17 years old.

Diddy co-founded the media outlet Revolt TV, and he resigned as chairman in November.
