Mary Njoku, a well-known producer and actress in Nollywood, has called the request for the late singer Mohbad’s wife to submit her baby for a DNA test evil.
According to OBASANJO NEWS24, Nigerians, including his supporters and famous people, have not given up on seeking justice for the death of Mohbad, a former signee of Marlian Record, who passed away on September 12, 2023, due to circumstances surrounding his death.
In order to dispel any doubts about her devotion to her late spouse, some online community members have also started to call on the late singer’s wife, Omowunmi, to submit their 5-month-old kid, Liam, for a DNA test.
In response to the DNA demand story, Mary Njoku said in an Instagram post on Friday that there was no need for a DNA test if the late singer never questioned his son’s paternity.
“It is just wickedness to ask a grieving mother to submit her kid for a DNA test. She recently lost her husband, her helper, and her protector of more than ten years. Let her grieve in silence.
“Who are we to assume otherwise if her spouse didn’t have any doubts about being the father of his child? Please put your attention on bringing #justicefromohbad.
