It was a story that stunned both neighbours and family members when a guy going by the name of Tubosun revealed that he knew his wife had recently given birth to a child for his childhood buddy and prophet, Oluwaseun Akinnubi.
Prophet Akinnubi’s wife, who gave birth to three daughters for Tubosun, is currently expecting a second child.
The rumour is that Prophet Akinnubi’s activities were reported by Tunbosun’s older brother, Moses Akinnuoye, at their father’s home in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area, which is located on Mobolade Street.
With the moniker Christ the Helper Foundation Ministry, Prophet Akinnubi had transformed his friend’s living room into a church where he led deliverance services for people.
Akinnubi, who was homeless at the time, was reportedly taken in by Tubosun.
According to sources, Prophet Akunnubi became pregnant by his friend’s wife while residing with the pair.
According to reports, he said that God had chosen the woman to be his wife.
According to a source, “the prophet took the woman out of her husband’s home after she became pregnant and rented another flat.
“To the surprise of the neighbours, they saw that Mama Precious’s husband was heading to the prophet’s new home to wash clothes for his wife and the newborn.
“A neighbour informed Tubosun over the phone that the prophet had abducted his wife, but he was unfazed.
Instead, he kept returning there to wash his wife’s and the child’s clothes. In addition, he was housecleaning.
Because of Tubosun’s uneasy behaviour at that time, we knew the prophet had already hypnotised him. He may no longer be in a rational state of mind, according to us.
Another neighbour remarked, “The prophet’s rash action is devilish. Since he gave him a break, Tubosun has not been himself.
“People flocked in droves to the church for worship a few months after he moved in with the couple.
“We were shocked to see that the man had been giving each of his followers who had come for deliverance a bag of rice while offering no remedies to their issues.
The so-called G.O. was having an affair with Tubosun’s wife, a mother of three girls, I later learned.
To my astonishment, he didn’t trust me until I personally called his notice to the illicit relationship.
The pastor informed Tunbosun that he had been joined with Tunbosun’s wife from heaven when he later learned the truth and confronted Akinnubi.
After some time, Akinnubi rented the woman a different flat while continuing to perform church services every day, both morning and night, in Tubosun’s house.
When the prophet claimed the baby and the pregnancy at the police station, Tunbosun’s older brother, Moses Akinnuoye, who confirmed the incident, stated he was surprised.
Four rooms in the property were broken into, and the man claimed: “I decided to call the police after hearing complaints from neighbours about specific people arriving after others had left for work.
In my brother’s living room, he was conducting a church service. I first learned a different account at the police station. The pastor asserts ownership of the child. My brother asserted that he couldn’t alter God’s will.
“God instructed the pastor, according to my brother, that he cannot wed the woman. What can anyone do when my brother claims he left his wife for his friend after hearing the voice of God?
“All I want is for the Pastor to take his belongings out of the House. Bail was approved for the pastor.
Our journalist tried unsuccessfully yesterday at press time to contact the prophet for comment.
