Primeboy Lodges Petition Against Mohbad’s Widow

Ibrahim ‘Primeboy’ Owodunni, a childhood friend of the late Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, has taken legal action against Omowunmi, the late singer’s wife. Mohbad passed away on September 12, 2023, and was laid to rest the following day.

On September 21, the police exhumed Mohbad’s body and conducted an autopsy, with the results still pending.

Since the investigation into Mohbad’s death began, Primeboy has been required to visit the police on a weekly basis.

In a recent Instagram post, Primeboy shared a blurred copy of the petition he filed against Omowunmi, accusing her of making false allegations and threatening his life. He further alleged that she was using the state criminal investigation department to coerce him into making false confessions regarding the late singer’s harm.

Primeboy urged Omowunmi to reveal the truth about Mohbad’s death to the world, stating that she had continued to mention his name despite his previous warnings.

Omowunmi had previously claimed that Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, was collaborating with those who had bullied her husband until his demise.
