Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has called upon the people of Taraba State to embrace peace and offer prayers for the success of Governor Agbu Kefas.
This appeal comes shortly after the governor appointed a first-class Chief of Takum, a position that had remained vacant for over 28 years. However, some tribes have expressed their opposition to this appointment.
In his counsel, Primate Ayodele urged the aggrieved tribes not to engage in conflict over the new king, emphasizing that it would ultimately bring peace, happiness, and joy to the state.
He highlighted that Governor Agbu Kefas has sincere intentions for the state and his decision to install a first-class Chief of Takum is a testament to his commitment.

Through a statement released by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Ayodele emphasized the importance of embracing Governor Kefas and not allowing the issue of the new king to cause further division.
He stated that anyone who opposes the new king is an enemy of the state, emphasizing that Kefas is a divine project sent by God to bring goodness to the people of Taraba.
Primate Ayodele reiterated that the installation of the new king should not be a source of crisis in the state, as the governor’s intentions are genuine and aimed at the betterment of the people.
He called upon the traditional rulers to govern with a sense of fear for God and to always make the right decisions.
Ayodele further assured the people that within the next 10 months, Governor Kefas would make significant strides in improving the lives of the youth, elderly, and vulnerable populations.
He urged everyone to be patient and witness the positive changes that the governor would bring, emphasizing that Kefas is not here to mislead but to lead with excellence.
