He implied that they prevailed because Nigerians cast their ballots more emotionally than sensibly.
He said that the people who have won so far wouldn’t have won if the reality show had been an American or South African programme.
Pere stated that even though he had appeared on the show twice—during the All Stars edition in 2023 and the “Shine Ya Eye” season in 2021—he won’t accept to go on it again if the chance arises.
In the most recent Celebrity Quickies episode, Pere stated, “My time in the Big Brother Naija house was an emotional rollercoaster.” I experienced a variety of interactions with other people, experiences that were beneficial to me. It was good all around.
However, I wouldn’t return to the [BBNaija] House if requested. merely because I don’t think reality TV is ready for Nigerians. Many Nigerians who vote for these men on Nigerian shows, particularly Big Brother, are merely narrow-minded.
To be really honest, I don’t think the winners will prevail if this were an American or South African competition.
