Presidential election: It’s a funeral – Keyamo makes fun of Atiku and PDP over protest

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, demonstration in Abuja has been mocked by Festus Keyamo, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Council spokesman.

Keyamo said that the demonstration was actually a funeral procession led by morticians who objected to zoning before the election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was the site of a protest by PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar against the declared results.

After defeating Atiku and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, INEC proclaimed APC’s Bola Tinubu the victor of the presidential election.

Atiku and his party, however, had expressed disapproval of the election, claiming that it had been marred by fraud and irregularities.

While wearing black gowns during the rally, Keyamo made fun of the PDP leaders.

Keyamo stated in a series of tweets that the PDP leaders did the right thing by wearing black dresses to protest outside the INEC office because the demonstration essentially constituted a funeral procession.

The corpse was taken to the INEC gates for a befitting burial by PDP undertakers who refused to follow the zoning principle.

Your realisation that his entire false life and future rested on their misguided hope of Atiku’s win will become clear if you watch the way a PDP spokesman sobs continuously on film.

When someone enters politics without a second address, that is what happens to them.
