Controversial Nigerian musician, Portable, has called on controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky to seek forgiveness and reconsider his lifestyle.

Portable said this after Bobrisky and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) officials admitted that he had contemplated suicide after being charged with bribery worth 15 million naira.

OBASANJONEWS reported that popular social media commentator, Berry Darkman, in an Instagram post on Tuesday, shared a leaked audio recording of the cross-dresser explaining what happened during his four-month jail sentence.

Bobrisky further claimed that singer Falz had contacted him through his father, Femi Falana, to seek a presidential pardon.

The viral audio has sparked public outrage and calls for an investigation into alleged corruption within the EFCC and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS).

Reacting to the controversy on Thursday, Bobrisky said in a post on his social media pages that he was battling suicidal thoughts.

In response to the suicide post, Portable advised the cross-dresser not to think about suicide and instead seek forgiveness from God and pursue the path to salvation.

In a video shared on Instagram, Portable said: “Bobrisky, life is dangerous. God does not want sinners to die. Tell him to repent.” If we die as sinners we will go to hell. Let us ask God for forgiveness.

“Please help me tell Bobrisky to ask God for forgiveness. All he has to do is ask God for forgiveness for his sins. What is waiting for Bobrisky now, if he repents the world will be pleased with him”

Recall that on April 12, 2024, Bobrisky was sentenced to four months in prison for his involvement in the misuse of the Nigerian currency, the Naira.
