As a self-proclaimed pastor, Portable claims that God uses him to communicate with men.

After a video surfaced of him assaulting a pastor for preaching at his bar, he made the remark in another newly released footage.

The pastor expressed his dissatisfaction with Portable’s actions, labelling them as rude and disrespectful. He also issued a warning that the singer would face repercussions for his behaviour in due time.

Nigerians expressed their criticism online after the singer’s actions caused outrage.

“I am a pastor,” reacted Portable as he adorned himself in celestial garb. “Whenever I speak, it is God speaking through me. I have never shown disrespect towards any other pastors. If someone were truly a pastor, God would have revealed it to me.”
