After being attacked by area boys at an event in Iju-Ishaga, Lagos State on Sunday, Portable- a controversial Nigerian musician has expressed his dismay.
After the incident, in a video that went viral on the internet, the singer recounted his severe injuries.
He recounted on his Instagram page that he attended the event to mark his friend’s success as a car vendor, however, due to some individuals taking offense at his behavior, he had to abruptly depart from the gathering with injuries.
Portable, who narrowly escaped the scene, expressed sorrow over the assault on his crew members.

The singer requested the celebrant to instruct the area boys to return his stolen belongings and also expressed concern that some members of his crew were still unaccounted for.
He disclosed that his assailants took away some of his extravagant ornaments, his ATM card, two iPhones which belonged to one of his managers, and various other possessions.
He celebrated the birth of Babyluv’s first child on social media only a few days before being attacked.
He wrote in pidgin, “There’s a big problem going on around Iju-Ishaga. We will celebrate with @lincon_orn who sells cars. While at the Adugbo show, we were attacked by these older guys from Adugbo and some of our ZEHNATION boys are still missing.”
After I fled, my boys were assaulted… It would be great if @lincon_orn could intervene and convince those Egbon adugbo to give back the 2 iPhones belonging to both me (@iam_sexyshay) and my ATM. Even though we’ve come across @dullarboi’s car and phones, he still remains missing.
