According to the Kaduna State Police Command, between September and October 3, 2023, 10 alleged kidnappers were detained.

He added that despite the undesirable scenario, “remarkable efforts were not spared in addressing the untoward situation which culminates into the relative peace currently being experienced by the law-abiding citizens in the state.”
He claims that the state’s relaxed security environment is the result of the strategic and tactical use of people and material resources, as well as the intentional synergy within the security architecture.
He stated that the suspects were being questioned and will face charges in court once the investigations were finished.
The police commissioner, Musa Garba, was described by the spokesman as praising the officers and men of the command for their bravery and devotion to duty.
