Mauricio Pochettino, the manager of Chelsea, believes that captain Reece James is among the world’s top full-backs.
James got the start for Chelsea on Wednesday in their 2-0 Carabao Cup victory over Blackburn Rovers.
The England international just made a full recovery from an injury.

He performed admirably for Chelsea as the Blues overcame Blackburn Rovers at Stamford Bridge thanks to two goals from Benoit Badiashile and Raheem Sterling.
In reference to James, Pochettino stated, as cited by Fabrizio Romano: “Having Reece James back is crucial because he is one of the best fullbacks in the world.”
“To support the team and keep in shape, our captain is essential. He’s important to us, but we do things step by step.
The Premier League matchup between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur is scheduled for Monday.
