Indigenous rapper Chibuzor Azubike Nelson, known as Phyno, has firmly advised his fans not to compare him with fellow artist Olamide or any other rappers.

Over the years, many fans have continually compared Phyno—known for rapping primarily in Igbo—with his colleague and frequent collaborator Olamide, who predominantly raps in Yoruba.

On Friday, an X user with the handle @TheDamiForeign made another comparison between the two by writing: “When it comes to rap, who’s the GOAT? Phyno versus Olamide.”

In response to the post, Phyno expressed his frustration: “Hey! What’s wrong with you all for heaven’s sake? Stop comparing me to my brother or anyone else. Have your discussions about someone else… you’re acting foolishly.. what on earth.”
