On Monday, former President Olusegun Obasanjo visited Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa at the government house in Akure. This visit came ahead of the governorship elections scheduled for Saturday, November 16th.
In a post shared on the official X account of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Monday, Obasanjo expressed his wishes for the governor’s successful re-election.
Aiyedatiwa became governor after his predecessor, Rotimi Akeredolu, passed away in 2023 following a long illness.
