US election: Nancy Pelosi responds to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, condemning the violence and calling for unity.

Nancy Pelosi played a significant role in preventing Trump from being re-elected during the 2016 presidential election.

OBASANJONEWS24 previously reported an assassination attempt on Trump during his campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

Pelosi, whose husband, Paul Pelosi, was a target of an assassination attempt, denounced the attack and expressed gratitude to God for protecting the former President.

“As someone who has experienced political violence within my family, I understand firsthand that any form of political violence has no place in our society. I am thankful that former President Trump is safe,” she stated on X.

“As we gather more information about this tragic incident, let us pray for the safety of all those present at the former President’s rally today.”
