PDP Elects New Ward Executives in Taraba

The PDP has elected new ward executives in Taraba, aiming to strengthen its grassroots leadership ahead of upcoming political activities.

Following the conclusion of its ward congress, Taraba State’s chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced its new set of ward executives.

The peaceful conduct of the Congress was observed on Saturday, across all 168 political wards in the state.

According to several delegates interviewed by Obasanjonews.com, the upcoming local government and state congresses are expected to proceed without any issues.

Additionally, Abubakar Bawa, the Governor’s Special Adviser on Political Matters, praised the party’s leaders for organizing a ward congress that was impartial and trustworthy.

He encouraged them to replicate this success during the local and state congresses.

Mohammed Umar, the council chairman of Sardauna, urged for collaboration and solidarity within the party while sharing his thoughts on Congress.

He implored the devoted members of the party to strive towards a shared objective, reasoning that it is only through unity that the PDP community can provide substantial backing to the present governmental leadership in their state.

He stated with assurance that a cohesive team could greatly benefit the state’s growth and foster stronger relationships among PDP members.

He urged the recently elected ward executives to embrace an inclusive approach towards leadership.

He urged them to ensure that decision-making processes include and value the viewpoints of every member in the party.
