Both the Labour Party’s (LP) Peter Obi and the New Nigeria People’s Party’s (NNPP) Rabiu Kwankwaso do not constitute a threat to the presidency. Continue to read

Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party is not in danger from either Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), or Rabiu Kwankwaso, a rival in the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) (PDP).

According to Charles Aniagwu, a spokesman for the PDP Presidential Campaign Council, this is the case.

On Wednesday, he said at a special election programme on Channels Television called The 2023 Verdict that Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) is merely one of the contestants running for president.

“Kwankwaso is not a threat, and neither is Peter Obi. Regarding the odds of Atiku winning the February 25 presidential election, Aniagwu stated, “None of them are a threat; they are candidates in this election.”

The difficulties they provide allow us to travel farther into distant areas and communicate with our people in order to prevent them from tricking people into following them.

Aniagwu, who is also the commissioner for information for Delta State, claimed that in regards to the naira swap programme, the APC is weeping more than the bereaved.

He claims that Atiku has given Nigerians a workable document to handle the problems they face.

The PDP campaign spokesman noted that, in contrast to other presidential contenders, “Atiku and Okowa are the only individuals speaking to the “how,” while every other candidate is talking about what they want to do.”

He clarified that Atiku possesses the necessary skills to address the various problems facing the nation, including the devolution of authority so that constituent parts can play important roles.

He described Atiku’s chances as “bright as a northern star” when asked about the PDP presidential candidate’s chances.

In “APC Living in the Past,”

The campaign spokesman for the PDP also charged that the incumbent APC was stuck in the past.

He was responding to the assertion made by Femi Fani-Kayode, a former aviation minister and APC leader, that the ruling party currently controls roughly 22 states and will use that to its advantage in this month’s election.

He claims that the country’s hardships and the voting system reforms have made the people in it wiser now.

“I heard my older brother talking about the number of governors they have a while ago. They have continued to exist in the past. You shouldn’t assume that just because you have a governor, you also have the state at this point.

Buhari would not even be elected president if that were the case. When Buhari won the election, the PDP had more governors. You can’t simply tell Nigerians that one man will now make the decisions, given the election system reforms, the quantity of knowledge available to them, and the agony they have endured.
