Pastor Giwa Claims Evil Spirits Now Control Social Media
Pastor Giwa warns that evil spirits have taken control of social media, urging caution in its use and highlighting the spiritual dangers it poses.
Adewale Giwa, the Senior Pastor of The Second Coming of Christ’s Ministry, has issued a warning regarding the careless use of social media.
Pastor Giwa revealed that evil spirits have taken over social media, leading to the spread of negative behaviors.
Speaking to his followers in Akure on Sunday, the clergyman expressed concern over youths utilizing social media primarily for personal gain.
Pastor Giwa stated, “Christ instructed us to go into the world and spread the gospel. Today, a part of that world is social media, which can be seen as a tool for sharing God’s word.”
It’s unfortunate that many young people today primarily use social media for personal gain rather than to share the true word of God as instructed by Jesus Christ.
“Some married women on TikTok and Facebook are sharing revealing content; is this aligned with spreading the teachings of God?”
“No, they’re simply promoting themselves to the world. She might be in the bathroom or restroom and still take photos to post on social media.”
Social media is under the influence of negative forces, and anything that cannot be controlled poses a risk. The way young people use social media today is concerning as it often focuses more on worldly matters rather than spreading positive messages or values.
Some individuals may share secular songs on their pages, making them accessible to many others, including those you were supposed to guide toward faith. God will hold you accountable for this tomorrow.
“If you aren’t using social media to share the gospel, you’ll need to answer for it one day. If someone has 5 million followers on their account, they should consider how they’re utilizing that platform.”
“Is your page being used to share the message of Jesus Christ or to harm others?”
