Osinbajo is in charge of the hybrid FEC meeting as Buhari is not there
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) held a hybrid meeting on Wednesday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, under the chairmanship of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari visited the UK for a standard medical examination.
Boss Mustapha, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Ibrahim Gambari, the President’s Chief of Staff, and retired Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno, the National Security Adviser, are present in person at the meeting.
Lai Mohammed, the minister of communication and culture, Babatunde Fashola, the minister of works and housing, and Abubakar Malami, the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice, are the ministers who are physically present at the meeting.
Aside from them, Hadi Sirika represents aviation, Mohammed Dingyadi represents police matters, Adeleke Mamora represents science and technology, Abubakar Aliyu represents power, and Olamilekan Adegbite represents mines and steel development.
The conference also includes Sharon Ikeazor, the minister of state for the Niger Delta.
The FEC approved the adjustment order for the East-West road project sections 1-4 from N246 billion to N506 billion at its most recent meeting on Wednesday.
