Finidi George reveals that Victor Osimhen has yet to apologize for his recent social media rant, sparking ongoing controversy.
Victor Osimhen has not apologized for his disrespectful social media outburst, according to Finidi George, the former head coach of Super Eagles.
The forward was contacted by Finidi, who currently manages Rivers United in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), with the aim of resolving the issue.
“I informed him that it wasn’t the appropriate approach. It was simply someone relaying a message from the coach, and yet you are speaking of me as if I declared it in an interview,” Finidi relayed to Nigeria Info FM.

After that point, I didn’t receive any communication from him. However, I have moved on and would like to wish everyone well. Ultimately, only God has the right to judge us all.
Finidi declined to give his thoughts on the proposal that Osimhen deserved a suspension from playing with the Super Eagles.
“He’s already there, so let him be. I don’t know,” he said.
He cannot be crucified for his mistake, we have progressed and must continue with our lives.
