Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is expected to receive a €6 million net annual salary following his move to Galatasaray, marking a significant deal in his football career.

Galatasaray will pay Victor Osimhen a net annual salary of €6 million after he moves on loan from Napoli to the Turkish Super League team for an entire season.

On Wednesday, the Turkish club released an official statement declaring their agreement with the current holder of African Footballer of the Year.

During his one-year tenure in Turkey, the Super Eagles of Nigeria’s forward will receive approximately €115,000 weekly as net pay.

Victor James Osimhen, a professional footballer, has reached an arrangement with his team SCCN Napoli SPA for the player to be temporarily transferred without charge.

Galatasaray has announced that the footballer shall receive a net seasonal salary of 6,000,000 euros for the forthcoming season from 2024 to 2025. This statement is conveyed with due respect to the public.

The transfer saga involving the Nigerian striker, Chelsea and Saudi club Al Ahli has finally come to an end with his move to Turkey after weeks of speculation.

Due to the collapse of the Saudi deal, Osimhen found himself in a challenging predicament when negotiations between Napoli and Chelsea disintegrated towards the end of the transfer window.

Jersey number 45 will be worn by the player while in Turkey until 2025, with an additional option for Napoli to prolong their contract until 2027.
