Legendary Nigerian singer Onyeka Onwenu will be laid to rest today. Find out more about the burial arrangements and her life’s impact.

Today, the burial ceremony of Onyeka Onwenu, a distinguished late musician commonly referred to as Elegant Stallion, will take place in Lagos.

According to reports, Onwenu collapsed and passed away on July 30 while at Reddington Hospital in Ikeja.

He had just finished performing at the birthday celebration for Dr Stella Okoli, who is the Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.

According to the family’s announcement, OBASANJONEWS has learned that the funeral ceremony will be held at Ilupeju’s Fountain of Life Church, with a subsequent private interment in an Ikoyi vault.

According to the funeral flyer, the Service of Songs is set for 10am-12pm and burial will take place from 2pm-4pm.
